God has wonderfully and uniquely made each one of us. God never wastes anything. He has given you abilities, interests, talents, gifts, personality, and life experiences that He intends you to use for His glory.
By identifying and understanding these factors you can discover God’s will for your life. You are uniquely designed to serve God by serving others. That is called your ministry. Yes, that's right, you have a ministry.
When God sat down to plan your creation and launch you into eternity, He assigned to you a piece of His eternal plan to accomplish.
He decided to allow you the privilege to partner with Him in His plans for eternity. Is that cool, or what?

In essential beliefs - we have unity.
"There is one Body and one Spirit ... there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of us all ..."

In non-essential beliefs - we have liberty.
"Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters ... Who are you to judge some else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls ... So, then each of us will give an account of himself to God ... So, whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. (Romans 14: 1, 4, 12, 22)
